I. term of service
⟡ REVISIONS Free revisions 3 times, from the 4th time you will be charged an extrextra fee.
⟡ PAYMENTS AND REFUND Pay 50% of the overall before start your commission. Pay the rest after you approve the sketch. If money is not transferred after 5 days, I will cancel your order. If I am responsible for any issues or encounter any difficulties that prevent me from completing the commission, I will refund the entire amount. If you cancel the commission in the middle, there’re no refund. I have the right not to accept orders that make me uncomfortable, no reason given.
⟡ DEADLINES AND DELIVERYCommission will last from 1 month to 4 months, depending on the complesxity of the commission. (if the artist is have any suddenly issues in process, the artist will inform you through Email or Vgen). I will resolve each slot one by one. Any discussion about deadline need to be inform beforehand
⟡ COPYRIGHTS: Do not use my paintings for AI in any form. You are also not allowed to claim my work as drawn by you.
⟡ NOTICE Final artwork is PNG, 500DPI, will be sent to your gmail or Google drive. In case you need for commercal and printed, inform me right from the start to get file support for printed.

II. payment & workflow
⟡ Confirm slot → Pay 50% → Rough sketch (choose an option) → Detailed sketch (approve sketch) → Color sketch → Pay the remaining 50% → Lineart → Rendering → Finish
⟡ 50% deposit is required before starting the sketch.
⟡ If payment is not received within 72 hours, it will be considered that you have cancelled the commission.
⟡ A deposit is required to secure a waitlist slot. Once your slot becomes available, you must proactively inbox me via social media or reply to my message within 8 hours. If there is no response after 8 hours, the slot will be considered cancelled.
⟡ The commission process will take from 2 weeks to 4 months (if the artist is busy, the artist will let you know).
Additional Fees:
Revision Fee: 5$/time. You get 3 free revisions for the final version; after the 3rd revision, additional revisions will be charged.
Commercial Fee: 300% of the total commission price (merchandise)
Private Fee: +50% of the total comm price
